All services are provided via Podia, and some may be supported by tools like Zoom, Calendly, Stripe, and Brevo.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase my services. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Payment & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Prices are displayed in GBP and are not subject to VAT.
Refunds are generally not available on digital products or group courses once access has been granted, except as required by law.
For one-to-one coaching sessions, 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling. Missed or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (courses, videos, PDFs, worksheets, etc.) is the intellectual property of Caro Breton Actor unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, distribute, or share materials without written permission.
Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal development.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Share your login credentials or give others access to paid content
Reproduce, modify, or resell course materials
Use the content in any way that infringes on copyright or violates the rights of others
Harass, abuse, or disrupt any group coaching environment or live session

I cannot guarantee specific results from coaching or course participation. Your progress depends on your own effort, circumstances and implementation of the material.

9. Cancellations & Termination
I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be offered.
I also reserve the right to remove access or terminate services if there is a breach of these terms, particularly related to misuse or unauthorised sharing of materials.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services.
